We will not release any firearm for in-store pickup until all Federal, State, local, and company requirements and back ground checks have been completed. If your background check fails, there is a $50 non-refundable fee that will be subtracted from your refund amount.

">PURCHASING INFORMATION: Items in this category may be ordered for will call pickup at the store you choose during order entry. Simply place the items in your cart and choose IN-STORE pickup during the check out process. You will pick the order up at the store listed on the bottom of your receipt.

We will verify the quantity you order was actually available then process & prepare your order, then contact you when it is ready for pickup.

In the unfortunate event that an item you ordered was not available when we process the order, you will be notified and a refund will be issued if you paid online. Unfortunately we do not issues rain checks or accept future orders for items not in stock. Of course, we will do everything we can to prevent this from happening, however the reality is, it may due to the current demand and slight delay in internet processing.

Pay in store orders will be held for 48 hours, then purged without notification. Orders prepaid online will be held until you pick the order up.

If you don't hear from us within two hours during regular business hours, you may call the phone number at the bottom of your receipt for an order update.
