B's Classic Brine 30oz

B's Classic Brine is a game changer. It is all you need to increase the juiciness of pork, poultry, and seafood. This all natural, low sodium brine easily dissolves in cold water and requires no rinsing. Use it by itself, or add other herbs and spices to create your own secret formula. Perfect for pork, salmon, chicken, turkey, or waterfowl. When it comes to brine, B's Classic Brine has you covered.

Directions
Mix 1 cup per 1/2 gallon of cold water. Stir until completely dissolved.

Add up to approximately 5 lbs of meat. Liquid should cover meat completely. Refrigerate.

Brining Time:

Thinner chops, chicken pieces, fish fillets, or game (Up to 1 1/2" thick) up to 4 hours.

Thicker pieces up to 8 hours. (1 1/2" - 3" thick"

Whole chickens, pork butts, turkeys 18-24 hours.

Ingredients: Brown Sugar, Sea Salt
1 bag makes 2 gallons of brine, enough to cover an average sized turkey.
