The combination seed, fertilizer, and soil improver can be used for growing a new lawn or over seeding an existing lawn in 3 steps. For best results, plant seed in the spring or fall when daily average soil temperatures are consistently between 60 degree fahrenheit and 75 degree fahrenheit, or air temperatures between 65 degree fahrenheit and 85 degree fahrenheit. Water daily or as needed to keep the soil moist for at least 3 weeks or until seedlings reach 2 in. in height.
