Scotty Rocket Launcher Rod Holders are fully adjustable with over 9" of stainless steel jacketed composite construction. To use the "lock-down" mount system simply choose the best direction to fish from and insert the rod holder or accessory pushing the post straight down into the mount. They tilt up and down including upright for rod storage and swivel 360-degrees.
